What Luminous CRM does not charge you for
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta, directly to your own account. Luminous CRM does not resell them, mark them up or bundle them into the plan price. Every campaign shows the Meta pricing category it was billed under, so there are no surprises.

Meta sets these rates in US dollars and varies them by the recipient's country, and they change from time to time. Check Meta's own rate card for the current figures before you budget.

- How do I pay?
- By Mobile Money or by card. For Mobile Money you enter your number and approve the prompt on your phone, and the page confirms itself. Card payments go through Flutterwave's hosted checkout.
- Can the price change between quote and payment?
- No. Quotes are frozen at checkout, so a Mobile Money prompt you approve later is charged exactly as it was shown to you.
- What happens to a payment that does not cover a plan?
- It banks as credit against your workspace. Credit renews your subscription automatically when the period ends, and you get a reminder email three days before if the credit will not cover it.
- What if I switch between quarterly and yearly?
- Changing plan credits the unused part of your current period, so you are never charged twice for the same days.
- Do I get a receipt?
- Yes, by email for every settled payment, whether that is a plan, a credit top-up or an AI response pack. Your billing page also lists every transaction with a running balance, updated live.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and resuming undoes the cancellation. No card is stored.
- What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
- The workspace pauses and every screen points you to billing. Nothing is deleted, and inbound messages keep arriving and are kept. Sending, campaigns and the AI agent stop until payment confirms, then resume at once. There is no grace period.
- Do I need my own AI account?
- No. The AI agent runs on Luminous CRM's model credentials, so there is no separate AI subscription or API key to manage.
